Disney Licensed Accessories

As Global Product Design Manager at Disney, I led the creative and product development strategy for licensed accessories collections spanning handbags, small leather goods, and lifestyle extensions. My role supported collaborations with Dooney & Bourke, Crocs, and Lilly Pulitzer, translating the emotional storytelling of Disney into elevated, commercially successful products that resonated with multi-generational consumers.

I approached each collection with a deep respect for Disney’s heritage while driving innovation through materiality, construction, and storytelling.

In 2024, Disney’s licensed accessories contributed to a $63 billion global business in retail sales, helping solidify Disney’s position as the world’s top licensor, with over 20% of the $307.9 billion global licensed goods market. As Global Product Design Manager, I oversaw the creative direction and brand integrity of the Mickey and Friends (Fab 5) portfolio in collaboration with global licensors, ensuring design excellence and cohesive storytelling across every product category.
