About Reyes Witt
Design Leader. Product Developer. Creative Catalyst.
Hello and welcome!
I’m a designer, educator, and artist working at the intersection of fashion, technology, and inclusive innovation. For more than two decades, I’ve led design, merchandising, and sourcing for global brands, experiences that taught me how creativity and strategy come together to shape meaningful products.
Today, I’m an Assistant Professor in the School of Fashion at Columbia College Chicago, where I teach courses in 3D fashion technology, inclusive design, and digital patternmaking. My goal in the classroom is to prepare the next generation of designers to think critically and design responsibly, using emerging tools and universal design principles to create work that is sustainable, adaptable, and accessible.
Alongside teaching, I maintain an active studio practice as a watercolor artist. My work explores the balance between structure and spontaneity through abstract landscapes and botanicals—a philosophy that also guides my design approach.

I continue to collaborate with industry partners, speak on design innovation, and pursue projects that push the boundaries of fashion, art, and technology, always with a focus on inclusivity and human-centered design.

BRAND COLLABORATIONS
Over the course of my career, I’ve had the opportunity to work with leading global brands across fashion and product design. These partnerships have shaped my expertise in product development, merchandising, and innovation, and continue to influence the way I approach design with both creativity and strategy.
